Anna quickly becomes a trusted advisor to support Senior Leadership shape, prioritise and deliver on their key strategic goals. 

Annya is a highly motivated and talented Leader with over 20 years’ professional experience in the public and private sector. Her experience encompasses managing complex work programs such as transformation and large-scale policy, across a vast array of Federal government clients.

Annya has worked with a range of teams and environments and is adept at turning her hand to many forms of work. Clients value her pragmatic advice and “can do” work ethic. She builds relationships easily and supports client teams in areas of most need. Kayla is a dedicated and accomplished delivery lead with over a decade of experience leading large and complex programs of work across Federal Government.

Luke is a dedicated management consultant with over 15 years’ experience in federal government and a proven history in enterprise transformation, program/project management and business planning and analytics within organisational reforms.

This results in outcomes focused planning, targeted organisational change management agendas, effective project mobilisation and delivery and a considered approach to business design. Luke has a pragmatic approach to delivery and builds positive working relationships to drive change and deliver effective outcomes. 

Bridget is a seasoned business analyst with over 5 years of experience in business solutioning and digital transformation delivery. Her skills include business process modelling and mapping, requirement analysis and elicitation, functional specifications and process improvement.
